Raised in India, surrounded by its rich traditions of spirituality and inner awareness, I developed, from a very early age, a deep appreciation for mindfulness, stillness, and the art of living consciously. Meditation has been an integral part of my life since 2006, a journey that continues to teach me the value of being present and approaching life with greater awareness, compassion, and gratitude. As a teacher with The Art of Living, sharing the transformative power of meditation is a natural extension of my own journey. Banyan was born from a simple yet profound belief: meditation is not about escaping life or becoming someone different, but about experiencing life more fully, with an open heart, a peaceful mind, and a deeper connection to who we truly are.

Wellbeing with Purpose. Impact Through Education.
Banyan brings together personal wellbeing and social purpose. Through its meditation activities, the initiative aims to contribute to educational opportunities for children in India, reflecting the belief that compassion can extend beyond our personal practice.
